In alignment with the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) discontinuation of COVID-19 reporting effective May 11, 2023, Maui Health will no longer provide weekly COVID-19 hospitalization data. For Maui County data, please refer to the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) data dashboards available at www.hawaiicovid19.com/dashboard.

COVID-19 Vaccine

Maui Health's Community Vaccine Clinic is now closed. Please visit hawaiicovid19.com/vaccine to find a vaccination site near you. If you need a copy of your vaccination records, please email the Hawaii Department of Health’s Immunization Branch at immunization@doh.hawaii.gov.

Community Testing

Maui Memorial Medical Center is not a community testing site and only provides testing to patients accessing medical care. If you need a COVID-19 test and would like to find a testing location, please visit the following websites to find a site near you:
